Shipping Times
Most orders will ship within one business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Uno Magnetic or other parties only as an estimate. We are not responsible for any delays caused by product availability or shipping.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock and this will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. You are not charged until your order is processed for shipment, which typically is the day they ship.
Orders with Multiple Products
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping may be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Shipments outside the United States
For any shipments that we agree to ship to a customer outside the United States, the customer will be deemed to have purchased our merchandise inMiami, Florida and have taken title at the point where the package is delivered to a common carrier (such as the US Postal Service, FedEx or another express service). The customer is responsible for assuring that our merchandise lawfully can be imported into the destination country.
When ordering from Uno Magnetic, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; customers should contact their local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond any original delivery estimates that we may provide.
Reviewing and Tracking Orders
You can review the status of any order you've placed via the ?My Account? link. For orders that have yet to ship, you can review the order total, shipping address, payment method, and order status. For orders that have been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment and view a tracking number, if applicable.
We also may send you an email providing details on your shipping, with a tracking number if applicable.
Where can I have my order shipped?
Uno Magnetic currently only is able to accept online retail orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico (excluding any other territories or possessions). Special shipping arrangement may be available by contacting our Customer Service Department.
